Why not just bleach it yourself
Surface bleach can lighten a small spot, but it rarely removes mold from porous materials like drywall, and it does nothing about the water still feeding it. Worse, wiping at mold without containment throws spores into the air you breathe. A quarter-sized spot on tile grout is a weekend job. Anything larger, anything on drywall, or anything you can smell but not see is worth a professional look.
